Line Boring and Grinding
Our machine workshop is equipped with CNC and manual lathes, boring and milling machines for precision repair, machining and restoration of complex components.
- Line boring of engine blocks, stern tube linings, rudder trunks, rudder stocks, rudder heels and hinges
- Milling of foundations for cranes, fuel pumps and engine blocks
- Inserting rings in engine blocks to repair cracks and pitting damage
- On-site surface milling and grinding up to 3,500 x 2,500 mm per set-up
- Component machining, restoration, testing and documentation
