Founded in 1974, Hoyer has built decades of experience in electric motors, while VMS Group, established in 2001 as Vestergaard Marine Service, has developed deep expertise in marine service and repair.

Today, Hoyer VMS unites these strengths in one company, combining product, engineering, and service capabilities across global markets.
